We recently had a visit from Ron and Bonnie Hiller from USA, with their puppets! Those who saw any of their performances in the schools will remember the big pink hairy puppet called Gus! He is quite a guy!!
Ron and Bonnie have travelled to many countries with their puppets, telling Bible stories and sharing about the love of Jesus, teaching children in this fun way how to apply simple Christian truths and principles in their everyday lives.
They visited 5 national schools during their time here in Castlebar, as well as performances at the church on the Mall, the Christian Fellowship in Westport and a performance for refugees.
We hope to have them visit us again in the future.
