Nan, a tireless supporter of good causes great and small, is also the main cog in the Castlebar Pantomime each year and compare at the CRC - Welcome Inn Hotel, 'Summer Time Cabaret.' A popular personality, she has worked to retain the old traditions and culture of her native of Castlebar. A resident of St Brigids Crecent, Nan has no connections with McHale Road. CASTLEBAR COMMUNITY RADIO IS ON THE WEB! This is the new web-site of Community Radio Castlebar. It is being hosted in co-operation with Castlebar Chamber of Commerce and castlebar.ie. Over the coming months we hope to develop this site by adding to it gradually and updating it daily with news and features as we run them as a community station, so building a reflection of Castlebar as a community. In the near future, we hope to experiment with live audio-streams and recorded air-play. Also, interview archives and news / sport / and weather records.
