Rules, Regulations and Conditions of CASTLEBAR.IE competitions:

1. Entry to competitions are free. There is no purchase necessary.
2. Winner(s) are selected at random from all correct entries.
3. Judges decision is final, no correspondence can entered into.
4. Competitions shall run for one calendar month duration unless otherwise specified, finishing on closing date indicated on entry form. No entries shall be accepted after 12 midnight GMT on this date.
5. Prizes are non-transferable except where prizes are geographically specific to Castlebar area. In such instance winners living outside Castlebar can nominate recipient in Castlebar area on their behalf. Cash prize alternatives are not available.
6. Where a prize-winner is less than 18 years of age, their parent or guardian must assume responsibility for the prize.
7. Winners resident in the Castlebar area, or nominated recipients may be required to attend prize-giving ceremonies
8. Names of winners and photographs of prize-giving may be used for publicity purposes by Castlebar.ie or the sponsors, on website or local media.
9. Employees of Castlebar Server Project Ltd., Castlebar Chamber of Commerce, The sponsors and direct family members are prohibited from entering competitions.
10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castlebar Server Project Ltd., Castlebar Chamber of Commerce and The Sponsors are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury, which might occur to any winner resulting from his or her acceptance of a prize.
11. By entering competition and clicking the submit button at the end of the entry registration form, you are agreeing to share your details with Castlebar.ie and The Sponsors.
12. Entry in competition signifies acceptance of all the above conditions.
