Presidential Visit to Breaffy House Hotel.

Four of our fifth Class students and their teacher, Mr John Moran,
were invited to meet President Mary Mc Aleese on her resent visit to Castlebar.

 

Gardai visit 5th Class.

Garda Paula Coen from Castlebar Garda Station visited 5th Class
on Tue., Sept. 23rd, to talk to the class about "Care in the Community".
We spoke about staying safe when out and about in the community,
whether it be in the car, on foot or cycling.
We were lucky enough to get to sit in the patrol car ,
try on the uniform and even take the breathalyser test.
