2nd Class had a wonderful day in Enniscrone. On the way home we stopped at the playground in Ballina. The following day we had a science day in school and the ice-cream man paid us a surprise visit!

Both third classes thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Delphi. They had the opportunity to try out lots of different activities.

4th Class Trip to Athlone.

4th Class spent a lovely day in the Athlone area. First stop was Clonmacnoise, where the children had a guided tour and an audio visual presentation. Next stop was Hudson Bay where everyone enjoyed the water sports and team building activities. This was followed by a trip to Athlone Castle. Finally, a very hungry bunch stopped at Supermacs! Before the long trip back to Breaffy, the children enjoyed some shopping time at the Athlone Shopping Centre.

On Thursday, April 29th 2008, at 6am, 5th and 6th Classes assembled at the school.
They were very excited as they set out on their trip to Dublin.

1st stop was Croke Park, where they enjoyed a wonderful guided tour.

Next stop was The National Museum at Collins Barracks.
Seeing the Sea Stallion was the highlight of the trip here.

Their final stop was Liffey Valley Shopping Centre
