No, read it again, I said anyone who goes out to gets pissed, wouldn't drink soft drinks if they were free.. Even if you go out to have a few pints, if you bring your car, you are drink driving, you don't have to be pissed to drink drive.. Believe me, there is not one argument you can give me, that would justify EVER drink driving..
