Did you hear about the guy in Essex England who had so many points on his license for speeding that one more and he would lose it. He was so annoyed that he pulled up on the motorway, pulled out a rifle he had borrowed and shot gatso camera which was situated up on a 50 foot high stand. But when he fired, the speed of the shot triggered the camera and took a picture of him standing in front of his car with the rifle. He was charged with i)Parking on the hard shoulder when not in an emergency. ii)Carrying a firearm without a permit. iii)Firing a firearm within 100 metres of Her Majesty's Highways. and finally iv)Vandalising Essex County Council Property. I don't think he lost his license but he had a huge fine to pay.
