There used to be this pirate station in Dublin that did this programme where this guy would play embarassing tapes of various well-known National Radio personalities which were recorded when they working for numerous obscure garden-shed type operations. It was usually good for a laugh. (I think the makers of "Before they were famous" might have pinched this idea from there)
