I will search for the specific articles of the constitution. I'm not dodging the question, I read the actual words that it probably violates, I just don't have them to hand.
Our constititution gives special status to the family, that much I can say now.
Of course there are many diverse types of family units. I never specified a perfect model.
What I am saying is that it is generally accepted that a stable family structure is a good thing for society in general. Most countries are agreed on this point. A stable family structure can take many forms.
The proposals by the government devalue this principle.
