The jobs idea is a good one - we will definitely introduce this after Christmas. After all employers are putting up job ads on Telegraph poles in Dublin apparently. It would also let people who are thinking of returning to Castlebar see what is available here jobwise. As for the frames well we don't want to chop and change the look too often - a lot of it is what you are familiar with. However, we may just dump the split - again we'll leave this for another few weeks - no matter what change is made there will be some upset! Still, as someone pointed out below isn't great that people are getting excited about the layout of their BB.
