Surely this debate should be about the justice or injustice of the Budget rather than it's constitutionality! Seems to me that you are not one of the lower paid; otherwise your concerns would be much different let me assure you.
Come to think of it there would not be too many of the lower paid workers with access to a computer much less this BB.
