The constitution is about justice. That is where your rights as a citizen are guaranteed.
If you want to prove that the budget is unjust then you have to prove it according to law, not your own version of what should be just.
Anyway, I agree this is beside the point, I was asked how the constitution was violated by the budget and I gave the answer. That's all.
I don't think my personal circumstances have anything to do with it. You assume too much.
