I think that one would have to know what kind of relationship this child had with his father before returning him to Cuba. Also, how well does the child know his relatives in the U.S. The whole thing has been so traumatic for the little boy that I wonder if he is really in a position to make the decision himself. It does look as if Castro has the upper hand.
