Out of curiosity I don’t suppose anyone was taught to swim by a great fella called Mickey Guthrie <not sure if it's spelt right>. He used to give lessons in the school holidays, in the lake up at the old graveyard, and I was wondering if anyone know how he is? He was great and taught me to swim in a week! He used to hold swimming galas at the end of the summer!
