That's not what I said. I said that the government is incompetent when it comes to managing the benefits of the booming economy. I have consistently said that.
The original proposals are wrong, the new proposals are just lip service. They are thrown together as a quick reaction response.
They suggest that the government has no vision,
no coherent plan and no strong belief in it's own policy.
