During a discussion RE: UDC politics on CRC today someone mentioned that the council were considering installing a public toilet in Castlebar but there were issues with cost and location. If so why did they demolish the old one in the mall ? Also does the recent legalisation of public urination in Westport apply to Castlebar since we dont have a public toilet either ?
