I'll contact my library today and see if they can track it down for me. I have had this story in my head for 15 years a the very least.......and this silly challenge to write a novel in 30 days has finally loosened the fingers and the story is being written. Understanding that this first write will be a rough draft still without it I would not have had the questions rise to a conscious level so that I realized what it was that I'm unsure of in my research. Until I actually started to write I thought I knew the history of Ireland very well......but not specific to the early 1800's it seems. I'll not be trying to publish this book in 31 days I promise you that. I will get the information I'm missing and I'll do rewrites until I'm comfortable that my main Character would be happy with her story. I worry about not having a way of writing with an Irish dialect.......that could be a real problem for a book based on 1803+/- in Co Mayo Ireland..........we'll see. (In reality the language would have been the Irish anyway so maybe that's not vital and maybe I'm worried for nothing.) Thank you again.......I have copy/pasted your suggestion and I'm off to see if I can find it.
