Believe it or not Timlin we have a lady here on who lived in those times and is still alive. Her name name is" Lorelie" and if you can manage to speak with her she will tell you how to pronounce the dialect of the day. however you must realise that you not be writing to dem that are dead but to those of us whom are still alive,so therefore contemporary english will suffice so that we shall all understand and enjoy.
