Albeit the fact that I lack "Fada's" in my name as in( 'Prey-cawn') ergo, I am; " THE CROW " . From Shakespeare's' Julius Caesar' Cassius to Casca "What's in a name?" I agree with 'Spideog' . What the people in Ballina do with their signs "Is cuma luma damn". To change the signs of Castlebar to lets say for example; "Main St (generic street name) to' Collins Ave' or 'De valera Boulevard' and the surrounding streets,' Cathal Brugha terrace', 'The Daniel O' Connell bridge', Arther Griffith way. The way it is, is the way it stays, because it proclaims the way it was. A visual testimony of history. I can envisage an electric trolley ,adorned with shamrocks and flags, pikes, and pires, with electric windows that scoot up or down . Seats enough for 20 "Yankee Doodle Dandies" paying 50Euro's a whack to hear an eloquent driver, deliver, pausing to wipe a tear at the bridge o'r the river pointing to the Lucan St sign and sighing over the rain of oppression and death. That reign has come to an end now for we're off to Lunch At the Wellcome Inn.Smiles all around. And the soundsystem quietly plays an orchesteral version of "The West's Awake". Famine became ;"Famished" and 'Starving' has no place in anyone's dialogue- whom has never been there!. Listen to how many times people say the Words "Jesus Christ " when it has no reference point at that time," Jesu Criste". A cow runs across the drivers path!, on his way down 'Linenhall St' "JESUS CHRIST" Yells the driver slaming on the brakes..................................
