One night my phone rang and it was my sister who lives in Alberta (about 3000 miles from me). She was laughing and saying "guess what we just watched?" They had seen a travel show and had seen the Irish standing at the back soberly watching and realized I was telling her the truth. Ireland makes a lot of money on those myths so one doesn't want to discourage the tourists who believe in them. Don't want to spoil a gold mine! ;)
