I would love to discuss this with you but this board is probably not the right venue.You obviously are a concerned young person.Dont underestimate yourself.There is a lot you can do.You and your friends can say no to underage drinking and drugs.The term NO HOPERS really bothers me,because if there are kids around so young that have no hope its really sad.
