I don't know if Mons Tce. was built for British servicemen. I think it must have been built before the foundation of the state - I cannot see the new state naming the terrace after a WWI battle. The tenanted cottages in McHale Road were built in 1935 and I think many of the houses on Spencer Street were also built around this time. I think you are right that St. Patrick's Avenue was built in the 1940's and Marian Row/Bridget's Crescent in the 1950's. When was Father Meehan place built and the other housing developments at Springfield and around the barracks bridge?
