No idea about the location of the quarrying Murrisk. What about the the area known as "The Rocks" out beside Rathbán lake. A great haunt for kids in the 50s and 60s for hazel nuts and rods for making bows. The area strewn with large limestine boulders did`nt appear to have been created naturally.
