Interesting that you should bring it up Tempus.We always had one on Turlough Rd,often at our gate.Anthony McHugh having them more recently in one of his fields.None this year.I had an early night and woke around 11pm to hear what I thought were fireworks and seeing flashing lights!
One of my other sisters was recently in Northern Spain and reports that St Johns Day is celebrated there with among other things bonfires.
