I heard Turlough House cost £250,000 to buy and £11 million to convert to a folk museum which was supposed to open in2000. From what you say it still is not open and whats the final cost? Westport House is still privately owned but I bet lord Sligo is looking for tax help too. How much land does he still own in the Ireland and does he still have a seat in the House of Lords?
