Well done Que ,very important cultural input here!. My favourite recipe for the "Ubh" is to take a soft boiled egg out of it's shell by using a spoon (or knife, the Cawley method) to crack the top hat,place contents in a cup ,with some butter and a little salt. Break bread into the mix and mash. Umm. I confess that I still have my "Guggy" this way every morning!. And damm the pundits. I remember a plastic egg holder,with a rooster protruding from the side with a red feathered hat and a yellow breast.
