This is a fascinating topic but its hard to discuss without mentioning peoples names and maybe creating problems. The same goes for the excitment and biting exchanges of the local politicians and councillors. I wonder if councillors are supposed to give good advice ? One definition of politics is "the science of government". This must be the first of the inexact sciences.
