When we were growing up, we always went to Lecanvey for our "holidays" 2 weeks every summer. We stayed at Julia Anns. My, did we have fun, days spent on the beach, out in the freezing water, wiping off wet sand, and trying to get our of wet bathing togs while wrapped in a towel. Great holidays and full of good memories. We had our own special "rock" our own private beach, which we discovered while cliff walking with my father, of course we called it our "private beach" we used to climb down the cliffs to get there, we would spend hours there. Those were good days.
