A miserable list I know but maybe it can kick start others peoples memory, mine fails me.
As a curious aside, I remember we would have song sheets that were reproduced in the days before photocopies using some technique that meant the words were in a purple colour and there was a god awful smell of ammonia on the paper. I believe the same reprographic technique was used by architects and draughtsmen.
