I had'nt realised the hotel was gone,John Lennon throw a party there once,I have a photograph here somewhere of myself and my english cousin Paul at OUR POOL. Remember squeseing the bulb on the fuschia and the sweet nectar would drip on your wrist and then you would lick it off your hand. I used to enjoy going down those endless wooden steps across the road from the Hotel that were tiered about fifty feet down to the beach and oh that long long beach was'nt there a bridge after that also. I believe the furthest the ocean reaches in is at Mullranny as the inslet seems to snake inland below the road way before you come to Mullranny proper nearly makes us a sea going bunch of sailors. Aye Lads.
