Don’t miss the 2006 Mayo Rose of Tralee in the TF Royal Hotel & Theatre, Castlebar – Centre for the Mayo Rose Selection, on Thursday 20^th April at 8pm for another exciting and entertaining show. 

As Aoibhinn demonstrated last year, the change of format to the Rose of Tralee now allows each and every county to be represented at the Regional Final in June – which led to her becoming the very first Mayo Rose to win the International event. Rose contestants are ambassadors for their local community and they provide a focal point for their county to join with celebrating its heritage along with other Irish communities worldwide.
