New members are always welcome,
however budding athletes must be at least 9 years of age in the year they
apply for membership to join.
We cover a wide range of running, jumping and throwing skills from sprints,hurdles,middle
and long distance,long and triple jump,high jump,shot putt, discus and
javelin.
Why not come to one of our training sessions? You may have a yet undiscovered
talent for one of these disciplines.
You'll never know unless you give it a go!!
