All then adjourned to the dining room for a wonderful 8 course meal. Chef James Meehan and his wonderful crew really did Knockranny proud with the lavish meal that he prepared. The Chefs of Mayo thank James and his brigade for a truly memorable meal. Afterwards we enjoyed some fine enteratinment till the early hours.

All Chefs and anyone interested in catering or the culinary Arts should mark 19th-22nd Feb in their diaries and try to get to Catex in the RDS in Dublin to see the fabulous competitions that will be running there under the auspices of the panel of Chefs of Ireland.
