    SENIOR CLUB

    1. Executive Meeting

    A meeting of the club executive will take place in the Welcome Inn Hotel on Tuesday 27th February commencing at 8 p.m. All members are asked to attend.

    2. County Senior Scor

    The county finals of Scor take place in Hollymount on Saturday 10th March commencing at 8 p.m. The club is hoping to enter a number of teams. If any club member is interested in participating in any of the categories, ring Fiona @ 23397 for further details. The final date for entries is March 2nd.

    3. Club Membership

    A reminder to everybody that club membership is now due and is only £10 for both adult and juvenile players and for non-playing members. Membership forms for senior players/members are available from John Brennan @ 22966 or James Rocke @ 25019.

    Membership forms for juvenile players can be obtained from either Monica Joyce @ 22378 or Brendan O'Hara @ 23485.

    County Board Tickets

    County Board tickets are now on sale at a cost of £60. Monies raised will go to the further development of football and hurling within the club. Please return any sold tickets to any member of the club executive. First draw takes place in early April.

    Training times

    Senior football: Wednesday and Friday at 7.30 p.m.

    Junior football: Wednesday and Friday at 7.30 p.m.

    Minor team: Tuesday 7 p.m. and Sunday morning 10 a.m.

    Training for these teams will take place in McHale Park.

    HURLING CLUB

    1. Senior Hurling team training

    Training continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 p.m. on the Astra pitch at Celtic grounds. All players are asked to attend.

    2. Table Quiz

    A final reminder for the table quiz in aid of Castlebar Juvenile Hurling which will take place in McGoldrick’s on Thursday next 1st March. Get a team together and come along. First question at 9 p.m. sharp.

    3. Under 14 Hurling

    Training for the under 14 hurling continues next Saturday at 1 p.m. Please note that the venue for training is the all weather pitch in Celtic.

    All league games on Tuesdays

    U14 County League: Division 1 Round 1

    Castlebar v Ballinrobe

    All league games on Thursdays

     

    U12 County League: Division 1 Round 1

    Monday 14th May

    Castlebar v Ballintubber

    All league games on Mondays

    2. Training times

    Under 12 training

    Please note that training for the under 12 team begins next Saturday in An Sportlann at 10 a.m. Training will be indoors. So all players are asked to bring runners.
