Commencing On 12 February (Shrove Tuesday) And Running For Six Weeks of Lent Weigh In For Free- Weekly Monday 5-6pm Or On Friday 5-6pm.

The programme will include a weight management plan from curves fitness club, Castlebar.

Sponsorship cards are available and a prize will be presented to the biggest loser on the final night.
