| The 4th of September 2006 is a day to remember in Scoil Naomh Aingeal.The Minister for Education, Mary Hanafin came to our school to officially open the latest extension to the school.All the pupils from Junior Infants to 4th class lined the school yard and waved their Mayo flags as the Minister approached the school.The School Band played to welcome the Minister.A number of local representatives were present,as well as past teachers and parents.A number of people and pupils gave speeches.We are all very proud of our new extension and our school. |
