Computer Clubs
The
computer clubs are just winding down for Christmas after a
busy term with some wonderful work being completed by
third/fourth classes using PowerPoint and fifth/sixth classes
on Web Design. The boys from the Thursday Computer Club
created webpages highlighting work being carried out around
the school in the areas of recycling, music and art and around
the world. The Wednesday computer club boys have created
individual websites on areas of interest to them--Dylan

Tiger
Woods, Joseph Redmond on Dogs including his own dog Rocky,
Ryan Sheeran on African Grey Parrot, Edward Gannon on Extreme
Sports, John O'Malley on the Ibex and Eoin Lisibach on Cliff
Swain, famous racquetball player. Deserving special mention
however for the incredible amount of work they put into their
projects are Laurence Kenchington on The Connaught Rangers and
Killian Glynn on The Titanic. Well done to all the boys
involved in the individual and group webpages. It is a
fantastic achievement to see your first website being launched
on the Internet. After |
