Two new supermarkets are racing against time to construct new shops in Castlebar. The aim is to be the first one to open before Christmas 2000. Winner takes all?

 


They will be located to the left and right of the point where this photograph was taken - looking towards Dunnes Stores and Christchurch with back facing towards MacDonalds on the Ring Road.

Tescos will be located on the other side of the road, close to Dunnes Stores.
