A sad day indeed for Castlebar even though only 11% of tourists that come to Mayo come to Castlebar they are all apreaciated and a good few of them are Americans. I fell I will have a difficult task explaining to them that stay with me that it was all down to drink! I HOPE the Chamber of Commers and or the Town Council put up a reward for information that will lead to the sucess capture of the culpits and their conviction and maby make a significant good will gesture to the injured lads.IF the the Police adopted the same clamp down on the drug peddlers and the drunken idiots that hang about the down town Castlebar as they do on motorists with a few pints in rural villages then Castlebar would be a different place but that is propaly wishfull thinking
