Tony Donohoe's History of Crossmolina was published about 2 years ago. I have one. Picked it up from the publisher De Burca Rare books on my last visit. I see that they now have a location on Dawson Street in Dublin.

According to the De Burca books website the History of Addergoole is not yet published.
