a latcheko in my book is a dosser someone who never does anygood for him/herself & laughs at those who work to try & be a goog honest living person, there is usualy at least one in every village, indeed there is very often one in most families & he would be called the black sheep of the family. i do hope this helps you of course someother one may have a different idea
