Mc Hale Road Bonfire

Leading up to Bonfire night, it used to be some sight to us youngsters watching the men from McHale Road gather the wood / timber for the fire.I remember a huge tree trunk being wheeled somehow up Spencer Street by loads of guys and the craic was mighty....
