On this the 11th of May the date of an old fairday in Castlebar I would like to say thanks to the people some strangers and one local farmer who set up stall in Castlebar last Saturday week to keep the" market rights "alive some people did likewise in Balla and Claremorris well done but I would love to know who was determined to extingush them not alone in Castlebar but nationwide I thought Oliver Cromwell was long dead
