Apparently Enterprise Ireland are looking for someone to help partner them in the development of commercial cultivation of Carrageen Moss.

There is a huge commercial demand for the product but it looks like having it picked wild from the shoreline would deplete stocks so they're looking for someone to come on board to help develop methods of 'farming' the product.

Any takers?
