The fine two storey house mentioned by "Curioser" still stands on Chapel St. beside the P.P.'s house and comprises two residences, one ocuupied by the Moran family and the other by a firm of accountants (I think). The picture is definitely of Castlebar. Congrats to Aiden Brett for producing the photos, maybe the Christmas Parish magazine would be a good place to publish them.
