i think wimpy was a franchise from which all the products were bought from a central location ..probably in the central location in england..it was actually located where ,i think the irish bar is now ,,,,,,it was a contemporary of caffolas in castlebar ..except that caffolas was a million times better when the dad was on the fryer and the mum on the cash maachine ,,their fish and chips were exquisite,,,i,lnever forget ,the delicious flavour ,of those luvely chips
