i now have had some information about what Laen-Skirathaun means. when you were young been cheeky or talking to much they would threaten to put a Laen-skirthaun on you in order to keep your mouth closed, when someone died they used to tie a piece of materail under your chin & around your head so as to stop your mouth opening, If anyone can tell me if this is true or give me any more info i would be greatful
