Hello Jack: My old friend Joe Daly rang last week to say he saw myself and my future wife, Nan Brady on the site. (Image 15, page 1). We got married in 1963. We had some very pleasant memories of the old Royal Ballroom and the small ballroom. Our favourite bands were Swingtime Aces, Johnny Flynn, Johnny Quigley and, of course, the Royal Showband. Thanks for the memories Jack, and lovely to see our old friends (though now dead - Jody Mylotte, Michael McGoff) and Pat Flanagan. P. J. Clarke, Ballina.
