I figure PJ will know, but no it's not in the old photos already posted in the link you gave. I had hoped it would be there, but no such luck. I'm not even sure how the picture I'm looking for emerged. Maybe it was one of those 'Do you know these people' posts.

Anyway, hopefully it will ring a bell with someone.

FYI - it was taken when my brother, Ronan, and I were @ Breaffy at the same time. So that should narrow it down to anyone who might be looking to find it (around 1984 maybe?)
