The girls from St. Angelas N.S. put on a great show of support today, for the Mayo Ladies Football Team.A number of classes,all dressed in their red & green jersey's,with flags,marched around the Mall,in which is now a school tradition.The band played on & the girls sang a number of songs.Great stuff.
Previously,I had thought that the Ladies Team were been neglected in Castlebar but after this great display,I crossed the road into the County Library where they have Mayo bunting up inside & a stand with photos & pen-pictures of the team.
Well done to all concerned & best of luck to the Team.
